What if English is not Your first language?
As long as you have a good level of understanding, it works!
Your mind will fill in the gaps whatever word you might not understand immediately with whatever you need at this moment. This happens because You know better than anyone else deep down what change needs to occur to overcome your issue.
I have been working with people from many different countries, including India, Holland, Italy, Germany, Colombia, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Mongolia, France, New Zealand, and Australia. They all have had outstanding results!

Does Hypnosis Work?
Change occurs in at least 3 different ways. The first one is instant change, you may just have a single session, and it clicks, or you wake up the next day and feel completely different -as dreams are the realm of the subconscious mind.
The second is called cumulative change. Change builds up to bigger and bigger throughout the therapy. You don't notice you're changing, then all of a sudden, you go, "wait a minute, that issue is not painful anymore!"
And the third one is known as retroactive change.
You don't even know you've changed until someone brings that up and goes, "Wow, you are so different, acting this way when before you didn't..."
Of course, everyone would rather get the first option, but it doesn't matter how you change; it all sinks in no matter what.
How does it feel like to be in trance?
Trance is a natural state that you enter and exit multiple times a day without even realising it! Incredible, isn't it?
Trance is different to everybody. Clients usually report calmness. Relaxation may be associated with hypnosis but it does not have to be. Any emotional state is a getaway to a trance, as emotions are from the unconscious realm. Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to disconnect your mind from the relentless loopholes of thoughts keeping you stuck.
There are different levels of trance, ranging from a slight floating sensation to a deep trance where some sometimes fall asleep. Some clients say that they are extremely focused and others have a wandering mind. The reality is that no experience is more effective than another since trance is unique to everyone. More so, it is important to know that the unconscious mind is always on alert regardless of the depth of the trance.
In other words, the best way to get a feel for it is to experience it for yourself and not have any specific expectations. You are unique, as will be your experience!
Will I stay on control?
In a trance, as in life, you are always in control. Nobody can ever make you do anything you don't want to do on hypnosis. I give you suggestions that you want to hear while you tune out most external stimuli yet stay fully conscious. You have all the resources you need within, and my role is to help you tap into your inner wisdom so that you can reveal it.
How does Hypnosis work?
While in a trance, your brain is in a lower vibrational frequency (Alpha or Theta), allowing you to have heightened focus and concentration.
Children's brains up to 7 are in these lower vibrational states, and that's the reason why they learn that easily! In a hypnotic state, you are more open to suggestions that will make a long-lasting change in your life.
